With a background in physiotherapy, energetic healing, and yoga, I combine Eastern wisdom with Western knowledge.
My vision is that the body is a powerful gateway to healing, growth, and self-trust — when we learn to truly listen.

WHY YOGA?

=Yoga is the quieting of the fluctuations of the mind.
When we think of yoga, we often picture flexible bodies in complex poses or intense, fitness-style workouts. But that image is far removed from the true essence of yoga.
Yoga is not about achievement — it’s an invitation to slow down.
To breathe.
To feel your body and calm your mind.
It helps you drop out of your head and come back into yourself — into stillness and presence.
This vision aligns closely with what I aim for in Embodied Healing as well. There too, we work through the subconscious to reconnect with the body and listen to what it wants to express.
The holistic nature of yoga fits seamlessly with the Art-Neureau approach. In my classes, we work with the different layers of the body — physical, emotional, energetic, and mental — always attuned to your unique rhythm.
