BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a collective term for conscious breathing techniques that use the breath to activate physical, emotional, and energetic shifts in the body.

By deepening, slowing down, or connecting your breath, you stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system — the part responsible for rest, recovery, and a sense of safety.

The breath is a direct gateway to the subconscious. During a session, we work with a specific breathing technique that invites you to release tension and connect with what is present in your body. This may rise to the surface as emotions, sensations, or insights. Your body leads the way, revealing what is ready to be seen and healed.

Each session takes place in a safe, grounded space, supported by music, touch, and gentle guidance. Everything unfolds at your pace, attuned to your personal needs.

Breathwork can be especially supportive for those who:

– find it difficult to relax or drop into their body
– often overthink or struggle to let go
– have trouble feeling or expressing emotions
– carry stress, anxiety, or unresolved trauma
– long for inner peace, clarity, and connection
